Hyperscaler Program Director - Go-to-Market, Quote-to-Cash

Hyperscaler Program Director leads strategic hyperscaler partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP) and oversees the Hyperscalers program delivery. The role focuses on scaling ServiceNow’s hyperscaler motion, optimizing program execution, and enabling commercial success through operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing full program lifecycles from scoping to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product management, operations, release), building and maintaining relationships with hyperscalers and internal stakeholders, driving process improvements, identifying and mitigating risks, managing intake and prioritization, driving automation, presenting in executive forums (QBRs, enablement reviews), and defining KPIs and dashboards to monitor program health. Requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, capable of guiding multiple projects, aligning goals with business strategy, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and PMP or equivalent certification with 5+ years of program/project management experience is expected.
