Job Summary
Analyze workforce trends, labor utilization, and attendance patterns to identify risks and provide actionable recommendations to project leadership. Take ownership of resolving payroll discrepancies, job coding conflicts, and labor allocation issues with minimal supervision. Serve as the single source of truth for site-level workforce and project data, interpreting headcount forecasts, labor cost trends, and P6 variance reporting to influence project execution strategy. Oversee end-to-end onboarding strategy, ensure compliance with training and system access requirements, and partner with Project Managers to align labor and schedule priorities. Lead coordination of site-level operational meetings, synthesize stakeholder information into clear action items, and track follow-ups to hold teams accountable. Independently develop standardized labor tracking processes, optimize travel logistics for cost efficiency, and provide direct supervision to Administrative Coordinators while mentoring staff to improve capability and consistency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 3+ years in construction, telecom, or project coordination
- Experience with workforce/labor management
- Experience with project reporting / analytics
- Experience with multi-team coordination
- Experience leading or overseeing administrative or support personnel
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
- Working knowledge of P6
- Labor tracking
- Forecasting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Must be able to travel as required by E2 Optics
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet
- Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so
- Must be able to work in tight and confined spaces
