Job Summary
Hypercare consultant to join our team in Bangalore, India. Core responsibilities include providing end-user IT support, troubleshooting VDI and cloud PC issues, performing migrations, and handling incident management using ServiceNow and Jira. The role requires Windows 10/11 troubleshooting, expertise with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud concepts, plus familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Strong communication and collaboration with global teams across America, EMEA, and APAC are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of corporate IT, desktop support, or system administration experience
- Core Skills: VDI, Windows 365 cloud PC support experience
- ServiceNow, Jira, Incident management and end user support
- VDI/cloud PC migration experience
- Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and desktop applications
- Experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and basic cloud concepts
- Understanding of Microsoft Intune, Azure, cloud PC monitoring
- Networking fundamentals TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Good communication skills and experience with global teams (America, EMEA, APAC)
