Job Summary
Prepare all patients referred for treatment and conduct initial and ongoing age-specific assessments. Provide therapy and hyperbaric chamber operations, including maintenance and cleaning as required. Document all care accurately in the EMR system and participate in quality improvement data collection. Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately while adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Travel to local centers for coverage when needed.
Required Qualifications
- EMT-B, EMT-I, EMT-CC, EMT-P certification
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) certification
- Valid and current BLS from the American Heart Association
- Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Must be physically able to perform CPR
- Travel to other local centers for coverage, training, etc. when required
Desired Qualifications
- CHT trained/certified
- Prior experience with wound care patients
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience with an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
