Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations and quality patient care across multiple inpatient and outpatient locations, including wound, skin, ostomy, and hyperbaric services. Develop and achieve budgetary objectives, lead quality improvement initiatives, and oversee personnel management, hiring, and staff development for assigned locations. Coordinate compliance with federal, state, and regulatory bodies such as Joint Commission and OSHA while collaborating with provider leadership to implement department strategies. Resolve customer service concerns, ensure facility equipment functionality, and maintain caregiver competency through rigorous training and documentation. Work with Shared Service and Caresite leadership to submit operating and capital budget requests and participate in interdisciplinary committees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or leadership equivalent experience
- Experience in budget management
- Ability to develop strong team dynamics in customer-based environments
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in medical field or healthcare administration obtained through an accredited institution
- Able to work in a compressed gas environment
- Current clinical license or compact license with the ability to obtain license to work in the state of employment (if applicable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers (if applicable)
- Experience working in wound care, ostomy, and hyperbaric medicine
