Job Summary

Manage day-to-day operations and budgetary objectives across multiple inpatient and outpatient wound, skin, ostomy, and hyperbaric locations. Coordinate performance with regulatory bodies including Joint Commission, OSHA, and CMS while leading quality improvement initiatives and strategic goal achievement. Develop and implement department strategies, manage human resources including hiring and performance reviews, and ensure caregiver competency through training and documentation. Serve as a liaison for providers and medical leadership, resolve customer service concerns, and maintain facility equipment functionality. Collaborate with shared service leaders to submit operating and capital budget requests and participate in interdisciplinary committees.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or leadership equivalent experience
  • Experience in budget management
  • Able to develop strong team dynamics in customer-based environments

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in medical field or healthcare administration obtained through an accredited institution
  • Able to work in a compressed gas environment
  • Current clinical license or compact license with the ability to obtain license to work in the state of employment (if applicable)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers (if applicable)
  • Experience working in wound care, ostomy, and hyperbaric medicine
