Restore Hyper Wellness Representative at a Northbrook, IL location. Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting with wellness services, handling phone inquiries, and managing bookings (scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations); onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the POS system; conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships; educate clients on Restore services and at-home care; perform opening and closing procedures; maintain a safe, clean environment; act as a brand ambassador and contribute to an engaging store culture.
