Job Summary
As the face of the studio, the Hyper Wellness Representative delivers engaging studio experiences, drives membership sales, educates clients on therapies and safety guidelines, and builds tailored wellness plans. You’ll oversee onboarding, scheduling, and client communications, support promotions and events, partner with marketing and community programs, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality while representing Restore’s mission. Key focus areas include guiding studio tours, delivering personalized client experiences, achieving membership and retail targets, and leveraging referrals to grow the client base, all within a fast-paced health-and-wellness environment. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in customer service, and 1+ year in sales; experience in membership-based sales in health/wellness/fitness is preferred. Proficiency with technology and client management systems is provided through training, and opportunities for growth and development are available.
