Job Summary
As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you’ll be the face of the studio—creating welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role blends client care, operations, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results while making a meaningful impact on clients’ wellness transformations in a dynamic, health-focused environment. Responsibilities include leading engaging studio tours, delivering personalized sales and service experiences, educating clients on therapies and safety guidelines, developing customized wellness plans, achieving membership sales and renewals targets, guiding onboarding and scheduling processes, managing inbound inquiries, supporting promotions and events, leveraging referral systems, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. The position emphasizes client experience, operations, and collaboration with marketing and community initiatives within Restore Hyper Wellness. Qualifications emphasize a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in both customer service and sales. Required Qualifications
