Job Summary
Welcome fans at stadium gates, distribute promotional materials, and assist with player ceremonies from pregame through postgame. Staff VIP dining areas, activate the Freedom Rings Bell, and execute halftime contests and entertainment activations during match days. Thank departing guests and manage exit giveaways while supporting game presentation wherever needed. Work full matchday shifts including arrival before gates open and cleanup until dismissal. This seasonal role creates an energetic atmosphere for Carolina Ascent FC supporters at American Legion Memorial Stadium.
Required Qualifications
- Positive, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with large crowds and fans of all ages
- Ability to remain standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work well as part of a team while following directions from Game Day Leadership
- Must be able to work all Carolina Ascent FC home matches
- Must be able to work the full matchday shift
- Must be able to arrive prior to stadium gates opening
- Must be able to remain through postgame responsibilities until dismissed by Game Day Leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sports, entertainment, promotions, customer service, or event operations
