Job Summary
Drive financial sales goals and metrics while establishing a high-performance culture within the store. Be on the floor 80% of the week to ensure customer experiences are memorable and the environment remains safe. Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding for all new team members, then provide coaching and feedback to develop talent. Manage rosters to promote work-life balance while delivering a seamless omni-channel experience and maintaining Visual Merchandising excellence. Collaborate with Area and State managers to accelerate personal and team career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment
- Proven record in driving sales and KPI's targets
- Experience in effectively managing rosters
- Achieving cost efficiency metrics
- Experience in Recruitment selection and onboarding of all new team within your store
- Delivering a seamless omni-channel experience to our consumer in-store
- Ensure our stores are not only a FUN, but a safe place for our customers and team
- Being on the floor 80% of your week
- Experience and passion for delivering best in class experiences
- A coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors
- Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth
- A leader with a motivated & driven 'Make it Happen' attitude
