Job Summary
Drive sales growth and operational excellence by executing the brand vision and delivering a world-class customer experience on the floor 80% of your week. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and coaching for all new team members while ensuring Visual Merchandising standards and a safe store environment. Collaborate with Area and State Managers to achieve financial KPIs, optimize cost efficiency, and maintain a people-first culture through structured rostering and team development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment
- Proven record in driving sales and KPI's targets
- Experience in effectively managing rosters
- Achieving cost efficiency metrics
- Experience in Recruitment selection and onboarding of all new team within your store
- Experience in delivering a seamless omni-channel experience to our consumer in-store
- Experience in Visual Merchandising excellence
- Experience in driving financial sales goals and metrics
- Experience in delivering on the brand vision and strategy
- Experience in creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers
- Experience in establishing a high-performance culture within your store
- Experience in empowering and developing talent within your team
- Experience in providing coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
- Experience in ensuring stores are a safe place for our customers and team
- Experience in ensuring our customer is at the core of our everyday business decisions
