Job Summary
Educate patients on unique oral health needs and perform clinical procedures including prophy, scaling, root planing, sealants, fluoride, and intra-oral camera imaging. Communicate with the doctor regarding restorative and periodontal requirements while partnering with the team to ensure an excellent patient experience. Utilize evidence-based treatment protocols with extended appointment times to build lasting relationships. Requires a current RDH license, digital charting proficiency, and strong communication skills. Full-time employment with a guaranteed hourly rate plus bonus potential, 401(k), and comprehensive health benefits.
Required Qualifications

- A current state license to practice dental hygiene (RDH)
