Job Summary
Educate patients on their unique oral health needs and perform clinical procedures including prophy, periodontal maintenance, scaling, root planing, sealants, fluoride, and intra-oral camera imaging. Communicate with the doctor regarding patients' potential restorative and periodontal requirements while partnering with the team to ensure an excellent patient experience. Deliver preventative-centered care using evidence-based treatment protocols with extended appointment times to build lasting relationships. A current RDH license and comfort with digital charting and x-rays are required. Full-time employment offers a guaranteed hourly rate plus bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, and paid training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
