Job Summary
Registered Dental Hygienist needed to perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments. Take and evaluate digital radiographs, administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (if licensed), educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health, assist in diagnosing and monitoring periodontal disease, collaborate with dentists to develop individualized treatment plans, maintain accurate records, ensure OSHA/HIPAA and infection-control compliance, and participate in continuing education and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Current South Carolina Dental Hygiene License in good standing
- CPR/BLS Certification
