Hygienefachkraft (m/w/d)

Conduct central infection prevention and patient safety functions by providing expert advice to all staff groups on hospital hygiene. Develop, maintain, and evolve hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection plans while performing inspections, audits, and risk analyses. Monitor nosocomial infections through surveillance, evaluate relevant metrics, and document findings. Train and sensitize employees on hygiene standards and participate in the hygiene commission, including internal and external audits. Assess processes, materials, and medical devices for hygiene compliance. This role is fixed-term until June 30, 2027, and is available for part-time work. The position is located at Lukas Krankenhaus Gronau, which serves the northern part of the Borken district with 155 planned beds across geriatrics, day clinics, and psychiatric care.
