Job Summary
Direct reporting to the Hygiene & QI Manager; lead execution of Hygiene & Sanitation Policy across all departments; guide and train new colleagues/trainee/daily workers; conduct internal audits to ensure policy adherence and drive monthly management progress discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity in an international chain hotel or relevant field
- Graduate in Food Technology major or microbiology, or Public Health (food safety and nutrition)
- Certified in HACCP, or ISO 22000
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-driven, able to work under pressure
- Good analytical thinking & technology savvy
- Flexibility with working hours
- Good proficiency in English (written & spoken)
