Job Summary
Clean and sanitise production lines, machinery, and factory areas to company standards, dismantling and reassembling equipment safely to facilitate effective cleaning. Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and work instructions while completing all hygiene and cleaning records accurately. Adhere to colour coding requirements for cleaning equipment and ensure chemicals are used safely in accordance with COSHH guidelines. Maintain hygiene stores and cleaning equipment in a clean, organised condition, and identify and report any equipment defects, damage, or potential contamination risks. Work safely at all times, complying with Health & Safety procedures, and support production teams in maintaining a clean, compliant working environment. Participate in hygiene audits and continuous improvement activities as required.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Good understanding of the importance of food safety and hygiene
- Previous experience working in a food manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of COSHH and food safety procedures
- Previous cleaning or hygiene experience within manufacturing
- 4 on 4 off (Rotational) shift pattern
- 6:00pm – 6:00am hours
