Job Summary
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety across hotel premises. Conduct regular inspections, monitor cleanliness practices, ensure HACCP compliance, train staff on hygiene standards, and support overall health and safety operations within the hotel. Requires knowledge of HACCP procedures, food safety regulations, and strong communication and organizational skills; 2+ years in hospitality hygiene roles; diploma/certification in related field.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Food Safety, Hospitality Management, Environmental Health or related field
- Minimum 02 years’ experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Good knowledge of HACCP procedures, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards
- Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills
- Computer literacy including MS Office applications
