Hygiene Executive

Supervise and coordinate operations to ensure hygiene and food safety compliance; advise on proper food handling; provide food hygiene training for new hires; identify risk areas and take preemptive remedial action; provide technical advice on product labeling to meet government requirements; assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; follow safety policies, address maintenance needs and safety concerns; maintain professional appearance and protect company assets; address guests’ service needs; develop positive working relationships and communicate clearly; uphold quality standards; perform physical tasks and other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
