Hygiene Assistant

Job Summary
Provide chair-side clinical support to doctors and hygienists by charting, cleaning operatory sets, and assisting during restorative procedures. Prepare patients, sterilize instruments, set up trays, and maintain asepsis while following OSHA guidelines. Expose and develop diagnostic radiographs, record health history, and manage software entries under direction. Review daily schedules to organize instruments and ensure compliance with HIPAA and CPR certifications. Work Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (or 2:00 PM on Fridays). Required Qualifications
- Dental Assisting Certification or prior on the job training
- Radiography/ X-RAY certification for respective state
- CPR Certification required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patient
Desired Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience preferred; will consider new graduates
