Hydrovac Swamper

Handle hoses and equipment, set up and secure the work area, spot for the operator, maintain tools and equipment, and assist with general site cleanup while supporting the Hydrovac Operator with safe and efficient excavation and vacuum operations. This physically demanding role includes long hours, potential travel requiring personal transportation, and on-site duties focused on operational safety and site readiness. Crossland provides an in-house education program to support employee growth within its family-owned Real Builders group.
