Job Summary
Hydrovac Sales Representative responsible for developing new business and growing revenue across oil & gas, pipeline, and industrial construction markets. Drive prospecting and closing of hydrovac and environmental services through cold outreach, networking, and field engagement. Build and manage relationships with E&P operators, midstream companies, contractors, and industrial clients; conduct site visits and client meetings; prepare quotes and proposals; coordinate with operations to ensure on-time scheduling and customer satisfaction; manage the sales pipeline from lead to close; stay informed on market activity and competitor positioning; meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial services
- Experience selling hydrovac, environmental, rentals, or field services preferred
- Strong understanding of pipeline, excavation, or field operations is a plus
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Comfortable working in both office and field environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage territory and priorities independently
