Job Summary
Operate Hydrovac trucks and equipment for non-destructive excavation using high-pressure water and vacuum systems. Responsibilities include ensuring DOT compliance, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to safety protocols. Candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, maintain a clean driving record, and have the ability to lift heavy loads and work in challenging environments.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with air brake and tanker endorsements
- Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company and DOT standards
- Capable of lifting 50+ lbs. regularly and standing/walking for long periods
- Comfortable working in noisy, dusty, or hazardous environments
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Hydrovac or vacuum truck experience
- OSHA certifications (e.g., Confined Space, HAZWOPER)
