Hydronic Plumbing & Heating Inside Sales & Service Representative at Dahl Boulder (Boulder, CO). Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales targets, collaborating with the Profit Center Manager on revenue and margin goals, accurately processing sales orders and bids from telephone sales, assisting customers at the counter, growing sales with existing customers, generating leads, identifying opportunities for value-added services, resolving customer issues, supporting counter and outside sales, communicating changes in customer credit risk, and completing safety/compliance training. Ideal candidate has 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience (contractor sales preferred), product knowledge in plumbing/hydronics, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to upsell/cross-sell, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). English fluency and basic math skills are required; ability to learn company systems and operate warehouse equipment is preferred.
