Job Summary
Hydromat Operator role responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining Hydromat rotary transfer machines for high-volume, precision metal machining. You will read blueprints and process sheets, perform offsets and tooling adjustments, inspect components with precision tools, record production data, conduct routine maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2–3+ years of manufacturing experience (prefer Hydromat or similar equipment), and be able to work 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm), M-F, in Hudson, OH. Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to troubleshoot to minimize downtime, and good communication are essential; overtime may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3+ years manufacturing experience
- experience with Hydromat or similar equipment
- read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and process sheets
- ability to use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges)
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50-100 lbs
- commit to overtime and shift work
