Job Summary
The Hydrogeology Practice Director will oversee multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of water resources projects and lead client relationships. Responsibilities include groundwater resource planning, project oversight, and developing project pipelines related to groundwater management and alternative water supplies. Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Hydrogeology, 15+ years of relevant experience, and a proven track record in successful project delivery. A Master's degree and P.G. registration in California are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Hydrogeology
- 15+ years of industry-related experience
- P.G. registration in California or the ability to obtain it within one year
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software
