Conduct hydrogeologic and geologic investigations including pumping test supervision, water-quality sampling, streamflow gaging, and monitoring well drilling oversight. Perform soil sampling and logging during well installation while compiling and interpreting data. Generate GIS map graphics and manage data entry using Microsoft Suite, with proficiency in Grapher, Surfer, and Aqtesolv. Prepare permits and reports, requiring a Bachelor's degree in geology or hydrogeology and 2 to 5+ years of experience. Some travel is required for field work, and a valid driver's license is mandatory. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in geology, hydrogeology or water resources related field
- 2 to 5+ years of experience
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting
- Enthusiasm for completing field work at a variety of site settings
- Proficiency in preparing GIS figures, GIS data evaluation, data entry and management using Microsoft Suite
- Strong GIS skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some travel will be required to conduct field work
- Valid driver's license
