Job Summary
Develop water balances for sustainable water management and restore groundwater sources in sensitive ecosystems. Evaluate opportunities for freshwater storage and research new measurement techniques while analyzing the impacts of soil subsidence. Collaborate with public and private clients to develop innovative solutions and contribute to national and international advisory projects. Support the development and assessment of concepts in groundwater and water retention for the Rhein-Main-Link energy transition. Requires a degree in geohydrology, experience with modern modeling software, and willingness for regular stays in the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom, Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich Geohydrologie oder vergleichbar
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Aufenthalten in den Niederlanden
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der deutschen Wasserhaltung sowie Anwendung moderner Modelle und Software
- Die Motivation, an Innovation und Digitalisierung im Bereich Grundwasser teilzuhaben
- Teamgeist, Offenheit und Bereitschaft, sich in der genannten Aufgaben weiterzuentwickeln
