Job Summary
Technical Sales Manager for Bosch Hydrogen PEM electrolyzer in Shanghai, focusing on advancing PEM electrolysis technology through proactive customer development and project acquisition. Leverage deep PEM electrolyzer knowledge to craft technical proposals with Bosch HQ teams, engage industrial off-takers, EPCs, and system integrators, and support commercial negotiations with precise technical specifications and performance guarantees. Drive market insights, product development feedback, and long-term strategic partnerships while communicating effectively in English and traveling as required. Requires a Master’s degree, 3–5 years in the H2 industry, strong standards understanding, and proven technical sales experience. Remote work is not indicated for this location; travel domestically and internationally is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, power & energy Engineering or a related field
- 3~5 years’ working experience with H2 industry, with strong understanding of hydrogen standards, electrochemical knowledge and BoP system integration
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven track record in technical sales, with strong problem resolving capability
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
