Job Summary
Conduct hydrostatic tests on cylinders and direct expansion tests on ton containers according to DOT and CGA standards while visually inspecting equipment for condition. Perform required safety procedures, including wearing PPE and responding to alarm signals, and maintain full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory requirements. Review test records for DOT compliance and coordinate shipping, receiving, and loading activities as needed. Prepare testing logs and plant reports, ensuring all tasks follow manufacturer guidelines and proper sequencing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2–3 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related operational experience
- Skilled in Basic Mathematics, such as addition and subtraction of fractions and decimals
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or flexible schedules based on business needs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Experience in chemical manufacturing, industrial operations, or compressed gas operations
