Job Summary
Provide on-site hydraulic maintenance and repair for marine equipment; conduct service calls inland and offshore majors and surveys; maintain communication with customers; manage equipment, consumables, and paperwork; ensure vehicle and shop cleanliness; collaborate with leadership to schedule repairs/reman projects; and support inventory control and safety in a marine-service environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED Diploma
- TWIC Card
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the marine service industry
- Good communications skills
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs for extended distances
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and gangways up to 25 feet in height
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and work above head for extended periods of time
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to operate marine vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
- Previous experience in the electrical service industry
