Job Summary
Communicate with internal and external customers to gather information regarding equipment issues and provide repair status updates while repairs are in progress. Open and process work orders efficiently using thorough details on customer requests and complaints to ensure technician understanding and customer satisfaction. Promote a positive customer experience while upholding Core Values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, and Teamwork. This role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office products, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and deal with stressful situations. Minimum two years of service-related experience with heavy equipment exposure is preferred. Candidates must be able to work any shift and meet specific physical requirements including standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
