Job Summary
Mobile Service Technician travels to customer sites to diagnose machine and equipment issues, build hydraulic hose assemblies, and perform repairs on-site using company tools; engages in prospecting and develops new service opportunities within the assigned territory; builds and maintains customer relationships, provides quotations for large projects, and supports invoicing and service documentation. The role blends hands-on technical work with customer interaction and requires mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years
- No more than two moving violations in the past three years
- No DUI charges or convictions
- Willingness to learn
