Job Summary
Manufacture and inspect hydraulic hoses per customer request using proper assembly and contamination control techniques. Research part numbers, pull stock orders from the warehouse, and deliver shop orders while assisting with customer loading. Perform daily cycle counts, maintain a clean work area by sweeping and cleaning the shop, and bin locate items lacking assigned locations. Process and return cores weekly, respond to warranty parts return requests, and purge unneeded items from warranty hold areas monthly. Obtain forklift certification and work safely in hot or cold weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Able to obtain forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively and occasionally higher amounts with assistive devices
- Willingness to work in hot/cold weather conditions
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer (email, internet, basic data entry)
- Problem solving and multitasking
- Safety conscious and customer focused
- Be self-driven and take pride in your work
