Job Summary
Lead and support hydraulic and electrical installation, assembly, troubleshooting, and repair activities while diagnosing system issues and determining appropriate solutions. Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation to guide hands-on support to team members. Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic components, wiring, electrical systems, controls, and related equipment, performing inspections and testing to verify proper operation before completion. Coordinate daily work priorities to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule, while assisting with employee training on procedures, safety practices, and quality expectations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all company safety procedures and quality standards. Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and other departments as needed to drive productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working with hydraulic and electrical systems in a manufacturing, industrial, heavy equipment, or related environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and hydraulic diagrams
- Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic and electrical components
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively guide and support team members
