Job Summary
Design and develop hydraulic products – Axial piston pumps and motors for mobile hydraulics. Independently deliver CAD models and manufacturing drawings per ASME/ISO-GPS, with expertise in hydraulic schematics, control systems (pressure compensation, load sensing), and problem-solving methods. Apply knowledge of casting, forging, and machining processes; optimize cost and weight; perform NVH analysis to mitigate noise, vibration, and harshness. Strong emphasis on Advanced software-controlled pump design and digital pump concepts, with experience in ratio projects for efficiency and flexibility. Requires B.E/B.Tech Mechanical and 5-13 years of relevant experience in mobile hydraulics domain.

- B.E / B.Tech Mechanical
- 5-13 years experience in mechanical/hydraulic design
- Experience in hydraulic pumps and motors, mobile hydraulics
- CAD and manufacturing drawings per ASME/ISO-GPS
- GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
