Job Summary
Plan and develop HVAC, plumbing, and climate systems for national industrial and commercial projects, creating detailed plans and specifications across all HOAI phases. Manage project concepts for expanding engineering firms in the Aachen-Köln region, coordinating directly with clients, suppliers, and authorities. Utilize modern planning software like AutoCAD or Trimble Nova to generate comprehensive technical building equipment designs. This role supports a medium-sized engineering company focused on sustainable industrial solutions, including heat recovery and hydrogen utilization. You will work within a hybrid 4:1 model, with up to four days possible from home, alongside a mentorship program and opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der technischen Systemplanung oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung in einem, oder mehreren Gewerken (Heizungs-, Sanitär-, Klima-, Lüftungstechnik) für Gewerbe- und oder Industrieprojekte
- Sichere Kenntnisse im Bereich der MS Office-Anwendungen insbesondere in MS Excel
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Eine strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Hybrides Arbeiten im „4:1 Modell“: Bis zu 4 Tage Arbeit von zu Hause möglich
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in der Projektabwicklung nach HOAI
- Kenntnisse in AutoCAD, Trimble Nova oder vergleichbarer TGA-Planungssoftware
