Job Summary
Conduct product education and technical support for healthcare professionals involved in iron infusion therapy. Deliver training sessions in infusion clinics, maintain expertise on assigned products and disease areas, and ensure appropriate use of therapies within clinical settings. Build relationships with clinic teams and stakeholders, identify educational needs, and partner with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to support regional objectives. Document customer interactions, report adverse events, and complete administrative tasks including system updates and time reporting. Travel approximately 30% within Canada, including overnight trips, while working a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active or eligible Canadian registration
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent nursing/clinical background
- Proven experience in a clinical environment
- Experience delivering face-to-face and/or virtual presentations, training, or education to healthcare professionals
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to travel within Canada, including some overnight travel
- English language proficiency
- Canadian registration (for French section: Infirmier(ère) autorisé(e) détenant un permis d'exercice canadien valide ou admissible à l'inscription au Canada)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or understanding of iron therapy, infusion therapy, or infusion-related products
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and the Canadian healthcare environment
- Strong practical knowledge of the relevant specialty and disease area
- French language proficiency (asset)
