Job Summary
Weekend On-Call Coordinator (Home Healthcare) is responsible for managing weekend staffing, caregiver call-outs, and client concerns, serving as the primary point of contact outside normal hours. Responsibilities include coordinating schedule changes, using WellSky to review schedules, maintaining detailed weekend notes, ensuring confidentiality, responding to calls/texts, and escalating urgent issues. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, carry the company-issued iPhone during weekends, attend Friday meetings, and provide temporary client coverage when needed. Preferred experience in home healthcare, scheduling, WellSky, and customer service. The position is part-time with HYBRID/IN-PERSON constraints and compensation of $85–$105 per day on assigned weekends.
