Hybrid Warehouse and Customer Support Rep

Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for builders, designers, and walk-in customers by greeting inquiries, resolving complaints, and verifying orders in the JDE system. Perform warehouse operations including inspecting, labeling, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory while maintaining and reconciling stock levels. Support showroom maintenance by cleaning spaces, updating samples, and conducting monthly audits, and assist with creating basic sample boards. Handle will-call customers and transport goods efficiently under supervisor direction. This hourly role requires traditional workday attendance with flexibility for additional hours, forklift operation, and bilingual Spanish/English skills. Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of database and query functions
- Functional computer skills
- Ability to accurately read and respond to non-verbal communication
- Excellent basic math skills, including piece-to-square-foot calculations and product counting/tracking
- Ability to create and produce basic sample boards and handle inventory safely and efficiently
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Regular, predictable attendance
- Ability to talk on the phone and use computers for extended periods
- Ability to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms for prolonged periods
- Ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, sit, climb, and balance as part of daily activities
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to the company's dress code policy
