Job Summary
Hybrid Warehouse and Customer Support Rep responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to Builders, Designers, General Contractors, and walk-in customers; performs order entry in the JDE system, inventory management, and supports showroom and warehouse operations at Emser Tile's local branch. Collaborates with Branch Operations and Sales teams, handles will-call and showroom audits, maintains inventory accuracy, and assists in preparing basic sample boards for showrooms.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
- Forklift certification and experience using a wet saw are a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language as appropriate for the area.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
