Job Summary
Provide remote clinical supervision and guidance to ABA programs across multiple locations while ensuring compliance with state-specific supervision requirements. Support temporary and shared caseloads rather than maintaining a fixed, full caseload, focusing on clinical support, consultation, and oversight. Collaborate with onsite clinical and operations teams to ensure consistency in treatment delivery, clinical outcomes, and quality standards. Conduct virtual parent trainings, staff trainings, and supervision sessions, supplemented by required in-person supervision activities. Travel to assigned locations at least once per month for in-person supervision, team support, relationship building, and operational needs. Assist with coverage needs, program transitions, and center openings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- State licensure (as required) in the state of residence and service delivery
- Must reside in the state of the caseload supported
- Must be able to travel to assigned locations at least once per month
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of BCBA experience preferred
- Experience with telehealth service delivery strongly preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates located in or near the Raleigh area
