Job Summary
Hybrid Staffing Admin will start onsite at a client location each day to support employee check-ins, attendance, scheduling, onboarding, and client communications, then may transition to remote administrative duties after morning site responsibilities. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and candidates, handling attendance, backfilling, screening and scheduling, maintaining records, and providing high-quality customer service. Requires 2+ years in administrative, customer service, call center, staffing, HR, dispatch, logistics, or office support; must begin at 5:00 AM and report to a client site at shift start; high school diploma or GED; strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and scheduling tools preferred; onsite-to-remote work pattern and proactive problem-solving mindset are essential.
