Enter and code vendor invoices in QuickBooks Online, process payments, and maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, prepare customer invoices, and support month-end close activities including journal entries and accruals. This hands-on role offers a direct line to ownership within a smaller engineering and construction firm, with potential growth into a Controller-level position.
