Job Summary
Hybrid Lead Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) responsible for developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, providing direct and indirect supervision to SLPA, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team across speech, occupational, ABA, counseling, and diagnostics. Duties include formal/informal assessments, age-appropriate intervention, data interpretation to guide progress, billing entries and SOAP notes, and supervision of SLPA. Role emphasizes working at the Avondale center with one remote day per week, participation in a comprehensive benefits package, and involvement in ongoing professional development and family-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, or university equivalent
- SLP license from the Arizona Department of Health Services
- 2+ years of experience with speech therapy
- Experience working directly with young children and families
- Successfully pass a fingerprint clearance check and other related hiring requirements
