Job Summary
Hybrid/SWAT Pharmaceutical Sales Representative engaging customers through remote and face-to-face channels to promote brand messaging, manage territory with defined sales activities, develop business plans, and utilize digital resources and CRM to achieve launch and post-launch goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with HCPs, conducting virtual engagements and occasional in-person visits, maintaining disease-state knowledge, preparing management reports, ensuring regulatory and client policy compliance, and traveling up to 30% to cover assigned territories. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and pharmaceutical sales experience; virtual and specialty pharma experience preferred, with credentialing and licensing considerations as applicable.
