Job Summary
Hybrid/SWAT Pharmaceutical Sales Representative engaging customers through both remote and face-to-face channels to promote brand messaging. Build and maintain relationships with targeted HCP accounts using dialogue, triggers, and digital resources; manage daily sales call activity across territories and expand remote promotional capabilities via virtual engagements and F2F interactions; develop business plans to achieve territory goals, communicate effectively, and stay current on disease state and program details. Travel up to 30% for in-person engagements; ensure data entry in CRM and comply with client policies, privacy rules, and credentialing requirements. Earnest emphasis on leveraging clinical knowledge, negotiation skills, and approved messaging across pre/post-launch activities and ongoing territory management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Pharmaceutical sales experience required
- 1+ years Therapeutic area experience preferred
- Virtual Sales experience required
- Specialty Pharmaceutical experience required
- Credentialing Requirements: may be required to obtain licenses (DC, Chicago, NV, OR, FL) per facilities on call plans
