Job Summary
Sales Manager needed to develop new business and grow existing customer accounts within the container export freight market for an international logistics provider. Responsible for negotiating pricing, service agreements, and transportation solutions with clients, monitoring market conditions and pricing trends, collaborating with internal logistics and documentation teams, maintaining responsive communication, and meeting or exceeding quarterly sales and gross profit goals. Requires 5+ years of sales experience in shipping/freight forwarding/export logistics and strong knowledge of container export markets. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote after training; located in Carlsbad, CA. Sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available.
Required Qualifications
