Hybrid RN - Internal Medicine Clinic

Hybrid RN role in an Internal Medicine Clinic responsible for coordinating care, patient assessment, triage, and nursing interventions. Collaborates with physicians and other health-care team members; adheres to Nurse Practice Act and ethics standards. After 4-6 months of in-clinic orientation, role shifts to work-from-home with face-to-face collaboration maintained locally. Must reside within 60 miles of Bismarck, ND. Shift Mon-Fri, 8:00a-4:30p, no weekends or holidays. Requires RN licensure (and multistate licensure if applicable); Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Strong emphasis on clinical documentation, clinical protocols, and patient education.
